GENERAL
All Ski Academy services are non-transferable and non-refundable. You must have or you agree that you do have valid travel insurance which covers you for accidents or injuries sustained whilst undertaking snow sports activities. Payment of any monies constitutes acceptance of Ski Academy terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the person paying to inform all other people in the booking group of all terms, conditions and general info. The person who pays shall be primarily liable for all fees for the entire group in the event of any cancellation. All Ski Academy product and service offerings are subject to availability.
PAYMENT:
A 50% deposit is required to make the booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your lesson start date.
For Guarantee your dates HAS TO BE PAID 30 DAYS BEFORE THE STARTING DATES.
LIFT PASSES:
Its NOT INCLUDED on the price of lessons or guiding. Lift passes are required to be purchased for the duration of the lesson or guided product, when accessing a resort area.
GEAR:
Please arrive in suitable gear for your activity, with a valid lift ticket 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson/tour time. All lessons/tours start at the scheduled time & lessons/ tours cannot be extended or rescheduled following the late arrival of a guest for any reason.
VALID TRAVEL INSURANCE:
All parties agree that they have valid travel insurance that covers the snowsports/outdoor activitiy being participated in. Please note, guests are responsible for their own medical expenses including rescue fees when accessing terrain outside of the resort boundaries.
MEDIA:
We reserved the right to use some photos or videos from any of our lessons or instructors videos for marketing promotions.
MEET-ON-SNOW
Our services are ALL base on MEET ON SNOW or hotels that has ski in-out.
For Pick Up & Drop OFF has an EXTRA charge.

During our high season periods (December 16 – January 6 and February 14 – February 24) has this special Rates.
REGULAR Season Pricing.
For the rest of the season.
SPRING Season Pricing.
Start from March 11 – till the END of the SEASON.
Discounts and Promotional Codes
Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined. When multiple discounts are available, the highest applicable discount will be applied to your booking.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS : Payment is required to make the BOOKING .
Lessons reserved less than 30 days from the start date will be invoiced for FULL PAYMENT. For holding the booking the payment has to be DONE.
30 DAYS PRIOR THE STARTING DATE:
A deposit of 50% is required to make the booking. Need to be paid by the date indicated on the invoice.
BALANCE DUE:
The remaining 50% is due has to be payed at least 30 days before the lesson/tour start date. Except for paying in CASH (that has to be paid on the first day of the service).
If the balance is not paid by the due date, SKI ACADEMY reserves the right to cancel any service.
* By making the deposit or full amount payment, you confirm your reservation. Any changes to the reservation thereafter are not preferred, and we cannot guarantee that they will be accepted.
CANCELLATION FROM THE GUEST:
– 80% refund of full amount from the time of booking till 31 days prior to booking start, minus credit card fees.
– 50% refund from 30 days to 15 days prior to booking start, minus credit card fees.
– No refund on bookings within 14 days prior to the booking start.
– In the event that COVID-19 restrictions prevent you from attending a lesson, NO refund or credit will be provided.
– In the event that COVID restrictions prevents a lesson from operating, Niseko Supreme will provide a full refund excluding credit card fees.
– We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that will cover any loss due to the Covid 19.
– No compensation can be made for the loss of tour time due to injury or illness if the guiding has commenced. Upon receipt of a valid medical certificate, a reschedule or refund of future lessons is possible.
EXTREME WEATHER EVENT:
In the event of extreme weather that has caused the resort to cease operations or the safety of the tour is at risk, we will offer a reschedule or refund of the lesson/tour
+ A 100% refund is only available at the discretion of the manager for lessons/tours that have not commenced minus credit card fees.
+ A partial refund for the unused portion of lessons/tours that had already commenced.
+ Not available if suitable terrain is available for the booked lesson or tour.
- Private Lessons can be transferred with at least 24 hours’ notice to another person subject to availability.
- All Full Day lessons have a flexible start time between 8:30 am and 10:00 am.
- All participants must be of the same or similar ability level and must be on the same equipment (No ski and board mixed privates).
- Helmets are required to be worn for all children participating in lessons
- Full Day Private Lessons are for 6 continuous hours and must take a minimum of 55 minutes’ break during the day at a time of your choice. Lunch is not provided.
- START TIME: Please note: Lessons start at the scheduled pick-up time, lessons cannot be extended if your departure is delayed.
- Gear: Its not provided on the price.
- Lunch: Its not provide on the price. Is mandatory to give 30min for lunch break to the instructor or guide.
- Lift Tickets: Its not provide on the price.
